Do I need a TRX before I start?

Yes — a TRX strap or equivalent is required. It attaches to a door, tree or bar in 30 seconds. A quality strap costs between CHF 60 and 150 and lasts for years. Look at Decathlon (most affordable), Ochsner Sport, or Amazon.ch. It's your only equipment investment — and it pays for itself within the first week.

I've never used TRX — can I start at level 1?

Level 1 is designed exactly for that. Zero experience required. Movements are guided, angles are comfortable, and you progress at your own pace. Most people are surprised by their progress within the first week.

I have back pain — is TRX right for me?

Yes — and often it's exactly what's needed. TRX strengthens the deep core, which is the underlying cause of most lower back pain. The programme starts gently and progresses intelligently. If you have a serious diagnosed condition, consult your doctor before starting.

Is this suitable for women?

Absolutely. TRX is one of the most equitable pieces of equipment that exists — intensity is controlled by body angle, not fixed weights. Women and men of all levels find their challenge in the same programme.

How many times a week?
