Yes — Level 1 starts at 5 minutes, on the floor, accessible from day one. No prior experience needed.

I don't have space — does it still work?

2 m² is enough. Hotel room, living room, terrace, forest — FlowFit adapts to any space.

What happens after the 7 days?

I have back/knee pain — can I start?

In most cases yes. FlowFit trains the fascia in depth — often the real source of chronic pain. For serious conditions, consult your doctor first.

How many times per week?
