OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl is a Swiss company based in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. We operate health and movement coaching services online and in person. All data is processed in accordance with Swiss law (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

• Contact information — name, email address, when you fill in a contact form or sign up for a programme
• Payment information — processed securely via Stripe. We never store card details on our servers
• Usage data — anonymised visit statistics (pages viewed, duration) via our hosting provider Infomaniak
• Communication data — emails and messages you send us

• To deliver the services and programmes you have purchased
• To respond to your enquiries
• To send you information about our programmes, if you have opted in

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Contact and purchase data is retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting law. You may request deletion at any time for data not subject to legal retention obligations.
